Robert Haddow Beaven II

Robert's extensive expertise in organizational development and leadership initiatives positions him as a transformative leader in fostering organizational practices of belonging. Robert's approach to effecting change begins with developing Octahedron, a team-focused assessment designed to strengthen teams. His strategic approach to business development and his leadership in initiatives like the Better Man Movement underscore his dedication to engaging men as allies. Coupled with his academic credentials and experience in leadership training, Robert is uniquely equipped to profoundly influence the creation of inclusive and impactful organizational cultures.

Robert was involved in the early stages of business development for Jack Welch’s leadership training program, The Welch Way. He has also brought his operational and leadership skills to several startup organizations as a founding partner, and is Board Chair for several non-profit organizations.

Robert lives with his spouse and five children (a beautiful, blended family) outside of the Philadelphia area.
